    枫斗苦瓜鲜蚌汤怎么做?

    冬天是最适合煲汤喝的季节,今天毛家饭店教大家做一个枫斗苦瓜鲜蚌汤。
    原料:
    蚌肉400克,枫斗5克,苦瓜50克,姜2片,黄酒4克,清汤200毫升,精盐 2 克。
    制法:1、蚌肉切片,汆水后洗净血水,用清水煮3小时至七成熟后,放入盅内。2、苦瓜去囊,切片,与洗净的药材、姜、黄酒和清汤一起注入盅内,加盖,上笼炖1小时后,加精盐调味即成。
