    一直都听朋友说毛家饭店有道叫“温拌腰花菜”的湘菜很好吃,这个周末总算是品尝到了,味道还是很不错的,如果你也喜欢吃湘菜,不妨学习一下吧!
    主料
    猪腰400克
    配料
    香菜100克
    蒜米20克
    姜米20克
    朝天椒米30克
    调料
    盐5克
    味精3克
    鸡精3克
    生抽10克
    蒸鱼鼓油8克
    陈醋3克
    香油5克
    红油20克
    辣鲜露5克

    制作流程
    1、先将猪腰改刀冲去血水,用姜葱,花椒籽腌制;
    2、锅内放水,放入白醋将腰花过水,加入调料拌匀即可。
